This policy is issued by Whorra Enterprises, which may be referred to by full name or as Whorra Enterprises or WE or ‘We’, Episode Silver or simply Episode. Any purchase from this website is subject to this Payment, Delivery and Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy available here on this website.

To place an order you will need to complete a transaction on the website. This may or may not be assisted with a phone call / web chat with the customer service representative. By placing an order on the site or on phone, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published in the appropriate section of the website or affiliated websites where specifically referred to such affiliated websites.

After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. In this section you will be asked for address and other contact information as well as payment related information.

Once the payment transaction has been successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank or Credit Card Company. It is at this stage that the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter your products will be shipped based on product availability and completion of logistics operations related to the same.

While availing any of the payment method/s available on the Website, we will not be responsible or assume any liability, whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

i.    Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
ii.   Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and between "Bank/s", or
iii.  Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
iv.  Decline of transaction for any other reason/s


All payments made against the purchases/services on Website by you shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees acceptable in the Republic of India. Website will not facilitate transaction with respect to any other form of currency with respect to the purchases made on the Website.

Before shipping / delivering your order to you, WE may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done in the interest of providing a safe online shopping environment to Our Users as well as meeting compliances as per laws set by the government of India.

For purchases exceeding INR 2,00,000/- , as per Know Your Customer(KYC) regulations set by the government of India, it is mandatory to submit a photocopy of your Pan Card. WE will contact you for these details. The following modes of payments are available

Please note that pricing & delivery for bulk orders are subject to the availability of the products, time required for manufacturing and the quantities required.

Delivery Of Products

Purchases are shipped from our own or third party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-20 Business days from receipt of order and payment Depending on the address for delivery.

Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday –Sunday.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. In case an alternative person receives and signs at the given address, the responsibility in all respects will be that of the purchaser. WE will take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.

Since the transactions are authorized by the card holder, WE does not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for damage of products after it has been delivered and duly received by the buyer.

All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store, which can be reached by clicking on the MENU button on the top right of the home page of the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.

Delivery Charges

Episode uses premium delivery services keeping in mind the high value of the products being shipped. Currently we deliver only within India, though special cases involving high value items or quantities can be considered. You can see the shipping & handling charges as well as availability based on your locations zip code on the products page as well as at the time of checkout.

Product Returns

Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund or design exchange possible.

To return any items which are damaged or not as per your original order, please return these products to the delivery person along with a remark on the delivery documentation.

All damaged items or items not as per your order that are to be returned must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number and in un-used condition, otherwise the same will not taken back within 7 days or delivery.

Postage and charges for return of these will not be refunded. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any sale on any opened or used products. Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your damaged package or an item not as per your order, for your refund request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
