Delivered instantly by email with a unique redemption code and no expiry date, the gift card allows them to select a piece they will truly treasure at their own pace.
How It Works
- Purchase: Select the gift card value and complete your order.
- Delivery: You or your recipient will instantly receive a digital gift card via email with a unique redemption code. We do not have physical gift cards.

Redemption: At checkout, your recipient can enter the code in the “Gift card or discount code” field. The card value will be applied to the order total. If the purchase exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance can be paid using any accepted payment method. Balances can be used across multiple orders until fully redeemed.
- Expiry: No expiry!
Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
While we currently ship only to India on our website, we can also offer international shipping on a case by case basis. As Silver is a high value product, there are additional shipping charges which are borne by the customer. Additionally, the customer may be required to pay import or customs duties and other relevant taxes that are applicable in their country. If you would like us to ship a product internationally, please contact us via email, call or Whatsapp and we will share the shipping charges and timelines for your country.
