Hanuman Chalisa takes the form of a silver embossed medallion of Hanuman's face set inside an oval frame on the cover of a Hanuman Chalisa book. Finished with a rich silver-plated coat, using Episode's proprietary tarnish-resistant process, for a bright, low-maintenance finish. A red velvet spine and a matching ribbon bookmark run through the pages to keep a place marked for daily recitation. Lotus motifs sit in each corner of the finely stippled cover, giving the book a refined, devotional finish beyond a plain hardback.
Hanuman Chalisa is manufactured at Episode's own Noida facility, where design, electroplating and finishing are handled in house. Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882. Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
