Neerja Diya is a silver diya in the form of a half-open lotus. Finished with a rich silver-plated coat, using Episode's proprietary tarnish-resistant process, for a bright, low-maintenance finish. Three tall, mirror-polished petals curve up and inward to enclose a single deep oil well, resting on a lower tier of three flat petals that splay outward to form the footprint. The lower petals carry a fine matte woven texture with a polished fan of lines running up from each tip.
Neerja Diya is part of Episode Silver's wider portfolio of more than 5,000 designs, produced in house at the company's own Noida facility. Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882.

Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
