Glass Congo brings a sculpted, waisted silver tumbler to the bar cart, curving inward before flaring gently at the rim. Finished with a food-safe silver-plated coat, left unlacquered for direct contact with food. A ribbed brass-toned band wraps the base, giving the tumbler a warm accent against the bright plated body, and it works equally well as a single cocktail tumbler or paired with the matching Congo jug for a full set.
Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882. Glass Congo is manufactured at Episode's own Noida facility, where the same in-house team handles design, electroplating and finishing across a portfolio of more than 5,000 designs.
It suits wedding trousseau and corporate gifting alike, and works well on an anniversary bar shelf for a couple who prefer understated barware over ornate pieces. A tumbler this refined tends to be gifted on its own rather than as filler in a larger set, the waisted shape giving it enough presence to stand alone.

Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
While we currently ship only to India on our website, we can also offer international shipping on a case by case basis. As Silver is a high value product, there are additional shipping charges which are borne by the customer. Additionally, the customer may be required to pay import or customs duties and other relevant taxes that are applicable in their country.
