Tray Hammered Round is a wide-rimmed silver serving plate with a hammered-texture finish running across its broad border, framing a smooth, mirror-polished well at the centre. Finished with a rich silver-plated coat, using Episode's proprietary tarnish-resistant process, for a bright, low-maintenance finish. That contrast between the textured rim and the plain interior gives it a tactile character beyond a basic charger plate, and being a broad, flat design, it stacks and stores easily alongside other Episode serving pieces.
Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882. Tray Hammered Round is manufactured at Episode's own Noida facility, where the same in-house team handles design, electroplating and finishing across a portfolio of more than 5,000 designs.

Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.

As Silver is a high value product, there are additional shipping charges which are borne by the customer.
