Mandir Pracheen brings a full sterling silver mandir shrine to the table, its domed roof topped with a kalash and flag finial above six pillars each fitted with a lotus tealight holder. Made in 92.5 sterling silver, finished with Episode's tarnish-resistant plating for lasting shine. This piece comes with an Episode certificate of authenticity and a guarantee card. Every detail here, from the tealight holders to the swinging bell, is built for genuine daily aarti rather than sitting as a purely ornamental centrepiece. Lakshmi and Ganesha sit at the centre on rose gold pedestals, framed by an Om yantra medallion and Sanskrit mantras engraved around the base.
Mandir Pracheen is manufactured at Episode's own Noida facility, where design, electroforming and finishing are handled in house. Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882. Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
