Veyra Nut Bowl is a small silver nut bowl, square in plan, its four walls pressed into deep vertical flutes that flare open at the corners. Finished with a food-safe silver-plated coat, left unlacquered for direct contact with food. The rim lifts into a soft petal-like wave, and the floor of the well is worked into a dense dimpled hammer texture that contrasts against the mirror polished walls. The bowl is fixed to a bevelled square base of black stained wood.
Episode Silver has been designing silverware since 2001, carrying forward a family silver-making lineage that goes back to 1882. Veyra Nut Bowl is manufactured at Episode's own Noida facility, where the same in-house team handles design, electroplating and finishing across a portfolio of more than 5,000 designs.
A considered choice for Diwali, and a small enough gift for a housewarming where something larger would overstate it. It is sized for mukhwas or dry fruit passed round at the end of a meal. Against the dark wood base, the fluted walls catch light from every side.

Cleaning:
Silver tarnishes when in contact with atmospheric Sulphur. To prevent tarnishing, regular usage of products is recommended. Products should also be cleaned with a soft, dry cloth regularly.
Food:
Salt and certain acidic foods are harmful to silver, burning it's surface and leaving permanent black spots. After usage, products should be well rinsed and dried with a soft, dry cloth.
Storage:
While storing, wrap the product is a soft, felt cloth and then in an airtight bag or container. Dampness encourages tarnishing and can also harm wooden components so store the products in clean, dry and airtight cupboards.
Tarnish:
Heavily tarnished products can be cleaned with various silver polishes. These polishes are available at our store and you can purchase the polish and use it with a dry cloth to clean the products at home. Alternatively, we can also clean the products for you at any of our stores.
While we currently ship only to India on our website, we can also offer international shipping on a case by case basis. As Silver is a high value product, there are additional shipping charges which are borne by the customer. Additionally, the customer may be required to pay import or customs duties and other relevant taxes that are applicable in their country.
